New Leadership Positions for the Hudson City Democratic Committee

New Leadership Position for Hudson Democrats.

At its monthly meeting held Tuesday November 11th 2008, the committee created a new position of vice-chair and elected committee member Hilary Hillman (Hudson 3-1) to serve in the seat.

Ms. Hillman has been an integral and important part of the committee and has taken the lead on organizing and supporting poll workers for the past few elections. Her unwavering support for the committee and tireless work on behalf of Hudson's citizens are appreciated greatly by the committee. The committee thanks her for stepping into this key position.

In other action:
Supervisor William Hughes was elected to a vacant seat in the 4th Ward, leaving the seat that he had held representing the 2nd Ward.

Ginna Moore was elected to fill the 3rd Ward 2nd District seat left vacant on the death of Bob Soto. Ginna has been an active citizen, working on several campaigns and as a poll inspector in Hudson. We know that she will continue the positive role that Bob Soto played on the committee.
Her enthusiasm and dedication is most welcome and the committee thanks her for stepping forward to serve Hudson's voters.
